can't see video image until i hit pause

I just installed "Client and Server" on our server (version 3.0).. works fine.

I then installed "Client" on a workstation. After install, I ran GURU and can hear the presentation, but the video display is blank (green).

If I then pause the presentation, the correct presentation image (from the point at which I paused) appears.

any ideas?

Typically this is an issue with the video card. One way that we have found to get around this is to run QuickTime in safe mode. To turn on safe mode locate the QuickTime icon in your control panel. Double click it to enter it's properties, then click the Advanced tab. On the Advanced tab you will see an option group labeled Video, select the Safe mode option and then click OK to apply the changes, then restart GURU.
